Water was constantly running down a hill toward the home and the lake just beyond it. As water flowed through the soil beneath the home, the concrete piers and wood posts settled over time. The home needed more permanent stabilization if it was going to last.

This boathouse on Cobbetts Pond in Windham was built in the 1940's. The foundation had several cracks which were progressively getting worse over time, and a permanent solution was needed to fix it. A representative from EFS came to the home before their scheduled appointment and dropped off a radon test.
