This seasonal cottage on Cobbetts Pond in Windham, NH was suffering from sagging floors, settlement, and unstable soils. Water was constantly running down a hill toward the home and the lake just beyond it. As water flowed through the soil beneath the home, the concrete piers and wood posts settled over time. The home needed more permanent stabilization if it was going to last.
Erickson Foundation Supportworks installed EZ Post helical piers around the perimeter of the home. SmartJack columns were also installed beneath to replace concrete piers and rotten wood posts.

When they got these test results back they moved their daughter and her boyfriend into the main living area until the issue is resolved. Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team installed the radon system into the home to return the radon levels in the basement to safe levels.
