A homeowner in Stoughton, Massachusetts, had built their home 26 years ago. Over the past couple of years, the homeowner has noticed a crack in their garage that has gotten larger over time. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their garage. EFS recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro into their garage to lift the sunken section of the slab and then seal the cracks with NexusPro. 

Melanie D. of Plymouth, New Hampshire has been living in her new home for about 2 months. She had noticed some sagging on the main floor during the repurchase inspection. Design Specialist Paul Magowan arrived at the home and began inspecting the main floor and basement. Paul noticed that in the basement that the lally columns/ temporary supports aren't supporting the home as well as they once did. Paul recommended installing 5 SmartJacks under the main support beam of the home. He also recommended installing two additional supplemental beams that have two SmartJacks supporting each supplemental beam. 

Crew Lead Ed Nadreau and his team arrived at the home and began installing the 9 total SmartJacks and two supplemental beams. The crew was able to level the floors and Melanie was very happy with the results. 

This homeowner in Plymouth New Hampshire was experiencing their garage foundation bowing outward. They are worried about the problem getting worse. They might be selling the home soon and would not like this to be a sticking point. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.  

Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team installed 8 Push Piers and 8 Geolocks to the foundation of the garage. These two products will lock the walls in place and also stop the foundation from settling. 

This homeowner in Burlington, Massachusetts had concerns about high radon levels and needed to get a test completed at their home. Design Specialist Kyle Jamerson confirmed the high levels with a CRM machine and proposed a design for a Radon Mitigation System.

Crew Lead Branden Edwards and his team installed the Radon Mitigation System into the home and effectively lowered the unhealthy levels of radon to below 4.0. Branden also sealed a crack in the foundation that the homeowner was concerned about.
