This homeowner in Center Barnstead, New Hampshire needed to have their supports looked at in their crawlspace. They had issues with their floors sagging so they were interested in calling Erickson Foundation Supportworks to see what they could do.
Design specialist Paul Magowan confirmed the supports would need to be replaced, so he recommended they use SmartJacks in their crawlspace. Josh Provost was the Crew Lead on this project. He and his team installed the SmartJacks by digging out a hole under where each support would go and installed each over reinforced, engineered fill. The engineered fill is designed to spread the amount of weight the SmartJack is holding. The solution eliminated the sagging in the floor.
