The owner of the home decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing Helical Piers to the front left of the home to stabilize the foundation and the chimney.

An owner of a rental property in Manchester, New Hampshire, had concerns with their sagging floors. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended replacing the old lally columns in the basement and then installing 3 SmartJacks with a 6ft supplemental beam.
