This homeowner in Manchester, New Hampshire has been experiencing foundation issues at their home for the past 25 years. The homeowner believes now is the right time to have the foundation issues addressed. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa inspected the home and listened to the concerns of the homeowner. Michael recommended installing Push Piers to stabilize the foundation, EZ Post for the attached sunroom supports, and PolyLevel, concrete slab pour, and Crack Injection for the garage slab.

The owner of a building in Manchester, New Hampshire, was recently hit by a car, and the foundation was damaged. The owner called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing an Auxiliary Wall against the foundation wall. Our installation team installed an Auxiliary Wall and Rim Joist Insulation to the foundation wall that was damaged by the vehicle.
A homeowner in Manchester, New Hampshire, had built a shed in their backyard about 3 years ago. The shed stores their BMW sports car and the soil under the slab has eroded. The homeowner called EFS for a free inspection of the slab under the shed. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and looked at the slab. They recommended installing Helical Piers and PolyLevel under the slab to stabilize and fill the void. Our team installed the project as designed and the team was able to level the slab and fill the voids so the homeowner could store their car in the shed again.
A new owner of an old home in Manchester, New Hampshire, had just moved in this summer and was planning on using the basement for storage. The basement was a combination of dirt and concrete. They were placing items down there while they were moving in and noticed the floors were being held by a few different types of supports. (lally columns, brick supports, 4x4s, and 6x6s) The homeowners could see that additional supports were installed over time. To make sure that their floor system was fully supported they called EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners looked at the floor system and determined that a few sections of the basement weren't fully supported. We recommended installing 3 SmartJacks and a supplemental beam into the basement to stabilize the floor system.
A home in Manchester, New Hamshire was experiencing the porch was shifting off the sauna tubes. The homeowner wanted a solution to stop this from getting worse. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the home and proposed EZ Post instead of traditional sauna tubes. The EZ Post is drilled into the ground by our crew and will last longer than traditional sauna tubes.
