Facing rapid deterioration in the brick portion of their half brick, half fieldstone foundation, a homeowner in Manchester, NH reached out to us for help. As you can see in the before photo, the amount of wall that needed to be replaced was significant, posing a threat to the structure's integrity. Our solution, showcased in the after photo, involved removing the damaged bricks and installing a new brick masonry block wall. This not only secured the home's foundation but also restored its aesthetic appeal. The homeowners met up with David Cormier from Erickson Foundation Supportworks and they decided to stabilize the foundation with GeoLocks. Crew Lead Josh Provost and his team dug out the middle of the garage to install the Geolocks to bring the foundation inward to stop the foundation from shifting. After the Geolocks were installed and tightened, the crew then sealed all the cracks to permanently secure the foundation.
