A new homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire, had just moved into their home. During the purchasing process, the inspector tested for radon and found that the radon levels were around 20 pCi/L. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free radon inspection. Our Design Specialist James designed a radon system for the home and our crew came a couple of weeks later to install the system into the home.
A homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire, had lived in their home since 2007. Recently the homeowners have noticed an odor coming from the crawlspace. They called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing CleanSpace encapsulation into the crawlspace to prevent moisture from entering the space and causing an odor. We installed 811 sqft of CleanSpace onto the walls and floors of the crawlspace.
This homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire, had purchased this home in May 2023. Their son has a room in the basement and spends a lot of time down there. The homeowners did some research on the effect of being exposed to radon for a long period of time. After learning about the potential hazards of radon the homeowner called EFS for a free inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist Josh met with the homeowner and dropped off a radon test kit. The results came back with an average of 11.4 pCi/L and Josh recommended installing a radon mitigation system and dehumidifier into the basement to lower the moisture and radon levels inside the basement.
