Our solution was to install 3 Push Piers at the footing of the foundation and then install 3 Geolock on the foundation wall to prevent further cracking.

To solve their water penetration issue our specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system that will collect water from the walls and beneath the slab and pump that water out of the basement and away from the foundation wall.
Our installation team installed WaterGuard perimeter drainage, TripleSafe sump pump, IceGuard, Exterior Drainage Line, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to prevent the water from entering the basement and controlling the humidity inside.
