This homeowner had seen the support posts on their covered porch sink and have a window crack. The homeowner wanted to have the supports replaced so they reached out to EFS. We recommended installing and replacing the 2 old supports with 2 EZ posts to support the covered porch.

The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system into the basement to collect any water that tried to enter the basement.

Over the year and a half they have lived in the home they have seen the crack get worse. Now worried about their foundation they called EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and inspected the foundation of the home and recommended a solution to stabilize the foundation under the back porch. Our solution was to install 3 Push Piers at the footing of the foundation and then install 3 Geolock on the foundation wall to prevent further cracking.

Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and inspected the basement to find a solution to prevent water from entering. To solve their water penetration issue our specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system that will collect water from the walls and beneath the slab and pump that water out of the basement and away from the foundation wall. 

Our installation team installed WaterGuard perimeter drainage, TripleSafe sump pump, IceGuard, Exterior Drainage Line, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to prevent the water from entering the basement and controlling the humidity inside.
