Erickson Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

Merlinna N. of Nashua, New Hampshire was experiencing substantial bowing in her foundation wall. She was worrying more and more about the potential of collapse. So, she called Erickson Foundation Solution for a free inspection. 

A Design Specialist arrived at the home and inspected the foundation wall. The wall is bowing significantly and he suggested immediate repair. 

The EFS crew came to the home and installed 5 PowerBrace to the bowing wall. 

This homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire has a set of wooden stairs that are covering an old set of concrete stairs. The homeowner would like both sets removed and then have a new set of pre-cast or solid concrete stairs installed. The homeowner called Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection.

Design Specialist Stephen Caron arrived at the home to examine the front of her home. Stephen recommended that the homeowner have EFS install a set of pre-cast stairs installed to the front of the home.

Design Specialist Isaac Hernandez dropped off a CRM test a couple of days before his appointment with the homeowners. Isaac came back to the home on the day of the appointment and inspected the home and looked at the results of the radon test. The test results came back at 4.5 pCi/L. The homeowner would like to have a radon system installed in their home. Isaac designed a radon mitigation system for the home.

A homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire was concerned with their crawlspace supports not being strong enough. Our production team installed 4 SmartJacks with 22' of Supplemental beam to replace the failing columns and add strength to the floor system above the crawlspace. 

This homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire wanted to install an egress window in their basement in order to get more light in the dark space. Our design specialist proposed our egress window system, which included a composite material Rockwell window well, as well as a polycarbonate safety well cover to help keep out leaves and unwanted debris. 

Installation took one day for the crew, and the homeowner was thrilled to have a clean looking egress window setup that allowed for a generous amount of light to reach the basement level.
