Erickson Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

Bryanna D. of Nashua, New Hampshire had a crack in her basement since moving in 18 months ago. After a recent rainstorm water started coming in through the crack and she decided it was time to repair it. Bryanna called Erickson Foundation Solutions to see if they could repair the crack in their basement. Design Specialist Michael Bradley came to the home and inspected the crack as well as the rest of the basement. He suggested the use of a Crack Seal to stop the crack from leaking and to conceal the crack. Also, Michael suggested a Crack Monitor to see if the crack is continuing to get bigger or not. 

Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team came to the home and sealed up the crack and installed the Crack Monitor. 

Bryanna was relieved that the crack was sealed and that no more water would be coming into her basement.

Our crew came to the home and injected our product into the crack to permanently seal the crack.

The homeowners' son lives in the basement and they wanted to test the basement for radon. They tested for radon and the results came back at 45-60 pCi/L which is very high. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Stephen Caron inspected the home. Stephen had looked in the basement for cracks but didn't find any. Stephen recommended installing a radon mitigation system in the basement of the home. Stephen designed two Radon Mitigation Systems with two different extraction points to collect as much radon-filled air as possible. Also to improve the air quality in the basement Stephen recommended installing an Aspen Air Purifier into the basement. 

Crew Lead Dillon Kingsbury and his team arrived at the home and installed the radon mitigation system in the basement, along with the Aspen Air Purifier. 

A mobile home in Nashua, New Hampshire has an add-on room that is sinking. The homeowner would like to have the add-on repaired. They called EFS for a free inspection. The Design Specialist inspected the home and recommended installing 6 EZ Posts underneath the add-on.
