This homeowner in Acton, Massachusetts, was experiencing water pooling in their garage after every rainstorm. The water that was coming into the garage from the driveway was causing the foundation to sink. Design Specialist Jason Furrey came to the home to inspect the homeowner's concerns. Jason confirmed that there was a leak in the roof of the garage causing water to come into the garage and settle on the garage floor. Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team came to the home and used PolyLevel to lift the sinking garage floor. 

This homeowner in Acton, Massachusetts had recently learned about the harmful effects of radon. They would like to have their house tested for radon. They would like to be conscious of their long-term health, so they decided to call EFS for a test and a free inspection.

The two radon systems will collect radon gas from under the home and remove it and send it up into the atmosphere where it can dissipate into the air.

Because of the age of the home, the homeowners wanted to replace the beam and floor joist of the kitchen floor. For extra precaution, the homeowners decided to reach out to EFS for options of additional support under the new beam and joists. The team installed the supports under the beam to support the new weight of the remodeled kitchen. After the SmartJacks were installed the team installed CleanSpace to encapsulate the crawlspace to prevent moisture and pests from entering the crawlspace.
