This homeowner in Contoocook, New Hampshire, had a sinking slab in their garage. They have seen the slab sink more and more each year. They called EFS for a free inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro to the slab to lift and level it. 

Our installation team injected PolyLevel beneath the slab and lift and leveled it before using NexusPro to seal the control joints and any cracks. 

This homeowner in Hopkinton, New Hampshire, purchased their home about a year ago. When they purchased the home the seller told them the basement hadn't flooded. Within a year of owning the home, the basement had water in it twice. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and looked at the basement to solve their water issues. We recommended installing a full-perimeter drainage system. The system included WaterGuard, TripleSafe Sump Pump, IceGuard, Exterior Drainage, and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

The town contacted EFS for an inspection of its building and our Design Specialist recommended lowering the radon levels in the building by installing 3 radon fans along with additional products to prevent radon from seeping through the slab in the basement.

These paired with the radon fans will lower the radon levels to healthy levels. 

This pool deck had a dangerous uneven surface, with trip hazards throught the deck. PolyLevel was able lift and level the pool deck, saving this homeowners thousands of dollars in replacement costs.
