The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection, and our design specialist recommended installing FlexiSpan on the foundation wall in the garage.

Over the past two years, they have noticed some of the finished work in the first level of the home begin to crack and slope. They would like to have the supports in the crawlspace looked at. A resident in Pepperell, Massachusetts, discovered a medical condition that prompted them to seek the installation of a radon mitigation system in their dwelling. They contacted EFS to conduct a radon test, which revealed an average level of around 9 pCi/L that needed to be reduced. To address this, our Design Specialist Jared Pavluvcik suggested a radon mitigation system with two extraction points, which we promptly installed. Thanks to our team's efforts, the radon levels in the home were successfully lowered to a safe level.
