This homeowner was concerned with the condition of their concrete deck around their inground pool in Mont Vernon, New Hampshire. They wanted to not only fix the existing problems, but also see what they could do to prevent future settlement as well.
Our team designed and installed a solution utilizing our PolyLevel product, a polymer foam which is injected through tiny port holes to fill the voids beneath the concrete. as the voids are filled, the concrete lifts back up in a controlled manner, and allows our team to level out the concrete surface as much as possible. The homeowner was glad to not have to remove any concrete and pour new, as this would be a costly and messy process. Out team was able to complete the lift and stabilization of the concrete in a single day. The photos featured in this before and after highlight one section of the deck near a pool filter which were leveled out to remove a trip hazard.
