Erickson Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Ayer, Massachusetts, was having concerns with the stability of the main floor of their home. The homeowners had noticed a soft spot on their floor that they were concerned about. They called EFS for a free inspection and our design specialist recommended installing new supports in the basement to stabilize the main floor. 

Our production team installed 5 SmartJacks and two Supplemental Beams spaning 19ft into the crawlspace.

This homeowner in Pepperell, Massachusetts had an issue with sagging floors in their house. They wanted new lally columns to help support the floor. They decided to give Erickson Foundation Supportworks a call and they set up an appointment. 

Brian Allen was the Design Specialist on this project. Brian came to their home and walked them through some options to reverse the effects of sagging floors. Brian recommended that the homeowners use SmartJacks to support their floors. Jon Provost was the Crew Lead on this project. Jon and his crew successfully installed the SmartJacks in the homeowner's basement. The SmartJacks made it so the floor was no longer sagging anymore.
