Radon Gas Mitigation Before & After Photos

Emily M. of Stratham, New Hampshire had tested for radon a couple of years ago. The results came back at 40 pCi/L which is very high. She now wants her home to have clean fresh air everywhere. After mulling over it for a while she thinks it is finally time to install a radon mitigation system into her basement. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the home and designed a radon mitigation system for the home.

Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team came to the home and installed a new radon mitigation system into the basement of the home. Once the radon system was turned on the levels started decreasing till they got to healthier numbers. She was impressed with how fast the installation process was. She was happy with the results of the project. 

This homeowner in Stratham, New Hampshire was experiencing higher than normal radon levels. The homeowner had previously received a radon test in his home. The results of the test were around 10 pCi/L. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

When a residence in Hampton, NH underwent radon gas level testing, it was discovered that the levels significantly exceeded the safe limit of 4.0 pCi/L. Understandably, this caused the homeowners to worry about their safety, given the long-term health dangers posed by radon exposure. They contacted Erickson Foundation Solutions, who conducted a complimentary home inspection and installed a radon mitigation system. The system effectively reduces radon levels by extracting the gas from a point in the foundation, expelling it from the house, and safely venting it above the home's roofline. Consequently, the homeowners now enjoy the comfort of knowing their home is secure from the threats of radon gas.
