A homeowner in Winchester, Massachusetts, uses their basement as a storage area and as a gym. Recently they have become concerned with the levels of radon in the basement. They called EFS for a radon test and an inspection to see if a radon system can be installed in their home.
The test results from inside the basement were above 4.0 pCi/L so our Design Specialist recommended and designed a radon system to lower the radon levels below 4.0 pCi/L. Our installation team installed the radon system in only a few hours and lowered the radon levels below 4.0 pCi/L.
