This homeowner in Arlington, Massachusetts had concerns about high radon levels that could affect the health of their family. The homeowner decided to test their basements radon levels; the levels came back at 4.5-5.5 pCi/l. Design Specialist Michael Biedrzycki visited the home to see where the best place to install a radon mitigation system would be. After finding out where the system will go, Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team installed the radon mitigation system in one day. The homeowner was relieved when the system was installed and immediately started to lower the radon levels.
These homeowners in Roslindale, MA have recently tested their home for radon and found that the levels in the basement are 5.1 pCi/L and they would like to have a radon mitigation system installed. The homeowner plan to stay in this home for the next 10 years and would like to have as little radon in the air as possible.
They decided to call EFS for a free inspection. A Design Specialist inspected the home and created a design to install a radon mitigation system.
Daniel H. of Brookline, Massachusetts was experiencing moderately high radon levels in the basement of this two-unit condo. He decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection.
Design Specialist John Prince came to the home and inspected the home and left a 24-hour radon test to see what the radon levels were. John came back the following day to pick up the radon test machine and designed a radon mitigation system for the home.

Julia A. of Winchester, Massachusetts had finished a portion of her basement to add an additional 300 ft² of finished space. They had previously installed a radon system that was calibrated to the old setup of the basement. Design Specialist Isaac Hernandez came to the home and proposed a new design for their radon system. This design will be able to mitigate a larger area better than the old radon system.
Crew Lead Branden Edwards came to the home and replaced the old radon system and installed the new one in only a couple of hours.
Now Julia is confident that radon is being mitigated out of her basement effectively.
