Radon System
This homeowner in Lowell, Massachusetts, has lived at the residence for over 10 years. They have periodically tested the home for radon but this year the levels were noticeably higher than normal. They called EFS for an inspection of the basement to have our Design Specialist create a design for a radon system in their home.
Our installation team installed the radon system into the home with a single radon extraction point and fan to pull radon-filled air out of the home.
This homeowner in Lowell, Massachusetts has been living in their home for the past 13 years and saw that the next-door neighbor had gotten a radon mitigation system installed in their home. The next-door neighbor got a system installed because all of their cats had gotten tumors. The homeowner took that as a sign to think about installing a radon mitigation system into their home.
