Our Design Specialist, Jason Vachon, recommended installing SmartJacks to stabilize the floor and support the structure of the home. The galvanized steel plate cemented in the foundation is attached to a supplemental support beam by an adjustable steel post. This instantly stabilizes and levels floors.
