Foundation Problems Before & After Photos

Our Design Specialist recommended replacing the lally columns with our SmartJacks. 

Our installation team replaced their old lally columns with 7 SmartJacks and 10' of Supplemental Beam. 

This homeowner in Andover, Massachusetts was looking to sell their home. The homeowner had two small cracks in their foundation wall that they would like sealed before they show their home. They decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection. 

Crew Lead Ed Nadreau and his team sealed 8' of cracks using Injection Crack Sealant and installed a crack monitor on each crack. 

A homeowner in Andover, Massachusetts, had a retaining wall that was leaning in their backyard. Our production team installed Geolocks on the retaining wall to pull the wall back straight.

Before we stepped in, the family in Andover, MA, was dealing with a wet basement due to moisture seeping through their fieldstone foundation, causing health concerns and foundation instability. As seen in the before picture, their situation seemed daunting. But after our intervention, shown beautifully in the after photo, we used PolyLevel technology to create an effective frost wall, immediately addressing and remedying the moisture issue. A homeowner in Stoneham, Massachusetts, had concerns with the stability of the dining room in their home. The dining room was added to the home after it was built in 1950. Since the homeowners moved in 2014 they have noticed the dining room get worse, The owners of the home decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing 5 Helical Piers with porch brackets to stabilize the dining room foundation. 

Our installation team installed the 5 Helical Piers under the dining room by using a hydraulic drive head until they reach 1800psi. Then installed the porch bracket and fit a PT 6x6 to the bottom of the dining room to stabilize the room.
