This homeowner in Concord, NH had water seeping in through a foundation wall crack behind a finished wall in their basement. Drywall had to be removed in order to access the crack, as it wasn't possible to reach the crack from the outside. The crack was filled using a polyurethane injection, as well as an epoxy caulking on the surface. The two part waterpoofing system was the best solution for this homeowner, and they shouldn't have any further water issues in their basement.
This homeowner in Manchester, NH was looking for a solution to their leaning concrete wall problem. Pressure from soils had caused a crack to form in the retaining wall and continued to push against it, forcing it outwards and into the driveway overtime. Erickson Foundation Supportworks installed 3 GeoLock Anchors along the wall to stabilize it and prevent it from leaning or bowing out any further.
