A homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire purchased their home a couple of months ago and was concerned with some things in their home. They called EFS to address their concerns. One of the concerns was the support in their storage room off of their garage. The Design Specialist from EFS recommended installing a couple of SmartJacks to bolster the floor system of the main floor of the home.
Our team installed the SmartJacks and put the homeowner concerns at ease.
This detached barn in Dunbarton, New Hampshire was originally installed on several concrete columns. Over the years, the columns shifted or sunk, leading to the barn becoming unstable. EZ Post helical piers were installed to replace these failing concrete columns and permanently stabilize the barn.
This homeowner in Dunbarton, New Hampshire, had lived in their home for the past 8 years and had seen the roof of their covered porch sag in the middle. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection. We recommended replacing the supports with our Helical Piers with Porch Brackets to support the roof over the porch. We installed 7 Helical Piers under the roof to straighten the roofline and add support to it.
A homeowner in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts who has lived in their home for about 30 years reached out to EFS about adding new supports under the floor of their addition. This homeowner in Litchfield, NH had a crack in their foundation that needed to be sealed. The homeowner didn't want any water entering through the crack and making it a bigger problem than it already was. They called Erickson Foundation Supportworks who had done work for them in the past.
Michael Lamalfa a Design Specialist at Erickson Foundation Supportworks went to the homeowner's house and looked at the crack. He inspected the crack and figured out a plan of attack for the team lead to come in and fix the issue. Scott Crandall was the team lead on this project and he and his team were able to seal the crack.
The before and after photos show what the crack looked like before and what the finished product looked like.
Overall the homeowner was happy with the results of the crack being sealed. They don't worry about water getting inside anymore.
