Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Manchester, New Hampshire was experiencing sagging in the floor above the crawlspace. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection. A Design Specialist from EFS inspected the home and recommended installing SmartJacks and Crawlspace Encapsulation.

Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa inspected the narrow crawlspace. Michael noticed some signs of moisture in the crawlspace but he also found early signs of mold too. Michael recommended installing Drainage Matting as a base layer of the crawlspace, then having CleanSpace installed over the Drainage Matting to seal out moisture from the crawlspace. 

Crew Lead Nick Carelli and his team arrived at the home and entered the small crawlspace and installed Drainage Matting and CleanSpace. 

This homeowner in North Billerica, Massachusetts had been experiencing their floors in the main level are out of level. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

Design Specialist Michael Bradley inspected the home. During his inspection, Michael found some wooden supports that are 80 years old. Additionally, Michael found a joint in the basement that had been cut to allow a PVC pipe to be installed. Michael recommended installing SmartJacks to replace the wood supports and installing a new joist and sister it up with the main support beam.
