Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire, had lived in their home since 2007. Recently the homeowners have noticed an odor coming from the crawlspace. They called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing CleanSpace encapsulation into the crawlspace to prevent moisture from entering the space and causing an odor. We installed 811 sqft of CleanSpace onto the walls and floors of the crawlspace.

This before shows the columns that use to support the main beam of the home and the after shows the newly installed SmartJack system. The SmartJack system has a 2' by 2' hole filled under it with engineered fill to keep the ground from shifting around the SmartJacks.

A homeowner in Merrimack, New Hampshire, has lived in a mobile home since 1997. They are worried about preserving the hardwood floors inside their home from getting ruined by sagging supports or moisture. The homeowner called EFS for a free inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist recommended replacing the supports under the home and installing Terrablock, CleanSpace, and a SaniDry to strengthen the floor system of the home and control the humidity under the home. 

A homeowner in Goffstown, NH had concerns with water flooding his crawl space. Although the owner had the personal belongings on wooden crates, over 3 inches of water filled the crawl space and damaged them. Looking to keep the crawl space dry all the time, he reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions.

Our Design Specialist, Josh Phillips, recommended installing WaterGuard perimeter drainage and SmartSump sump pump to waterproof the crawl space. WaterGuard captures water along the border of the crawl space where the walls and floor meet and deliver water to the sump pump. The sump pump removes water out of the home through an exterior discharge line.

This waterproofing system keeps the crawl space dry all the time, ensuring the safety of the homeowner's storage space.
