Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Salisbury, Massachusetts, wanted to have their crawlspace insulated. Our production team installed CleanSpace and SilverGlo into the crawlspace to insulate it. 

This homeowner in Salisbury, Massachusetts, has lived in their home for more than 30 years and has always noticed their crawlspace has an odor coming from in there. This year the homeowner noticed that the odor was noticeably worse. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended encapsulating the crawlspace with CleanSpace and also using a SaniDry Sedona to lower the humidity inside the crawlspace. 

A homeowner in Manchester, Massachusetts, had recently renovated an addition in their home. The homeowner had redone the floors and didn't want moisture from the crawlspace to ruin them. Our design specialist recommended installing Drainage Matting, CleanSpace, and a SaniDry into the crawlspace to control the moisture. 

A homeowner in Durham, New Hampshire had been experiencing sinking and uneven floors. With concern that the situation could worsen, they reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions for a permanent solution.

One of our Design Specialists came out to conduct a free inspection of the home. Upon completion of the inspection, our Design Specialist recommended installing SmartJacks. SmartJacks are similar to Lally columns, but are able to provide better support to the home, and are also adjustable. The SmartJacks are installed by inserting a galvanized steel plate into the foundation on top of a sturdy base of crushed stone. Then, the steel post is attached to the plate, and also connected to a supplemental support beam. The system is then cemented in place.

With the system in place, the proper support is given to the home. This levels out floors and eliminates the bouncy feeling in floorboards. This homeowner can now have peace of mind that his floors are permanently stabilized!

A homeowner in Middleton, New Hampshire, purchased their home a few years ago. They were planning to finish the space down in the basement but weren't confident in some of the supports down there.
