Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Before diving into our Salem, NH project, the homeowner battled with musty odors and inadequate support from the cinderblocks in their crawl space. Notice in the 'Before' photo the obvious room for improvement. We stepped in with solutions, installing SmartJack for solid, lasting support, and CleanSpace to seal and protect. The 'After' photo showcases a dramatically transformed, clean, and secure crawl space. Our approach provided a significant upgrade, ensuring a healthy, sturdy foundation for their home.

A homeowner in Somerville, Massachusetts, had a crawlspace with dirt floors and walls that weren't insulated. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our design specialist recommended installing CleanSpace to encapsulate the space and then installing SilverGlo to insulate it. 

A homeowner in Tilton, New Hampshire, noticed the floors in their home were sagging. They moved into their home at the end of 2020 and quickly noticed a sag in the middle of their floors. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing SmartJacks into their crawlspace to eliminate the sag in their floors. 

Our team installed a total of 15 SmartJacks to three different beams in the crawlspace to eliminate the sagging of the floors. 

A homeowner in Methuen Massachusetts, lives in a home that was built in 1756 and has lived in the home for 40+ years. For many years they have seen water and moisture entering the crawlspace through the fieldstone foundation. They called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist looked at the foundation and recommended installing Poly Level Wall Restoration to the inside foundation wall to prevent water from entering the crawlspace and basement. 

A homeowner in Methuen, Massachusetts, has lived in their home for the past 15 years. They have had pests and moisture issues in their crawlspace that they would like to solve. They reached out to an exterminator to get rid of the pests. After the pests were removed they called EFS for a free inspection of their crawlspace to create a solution to keep pests out and control the humidity inside the crawlspace. 

Our Installation Team installed 500 sqft of CleanSpace into the crawlspace and a SaniDry Sedona. This will encapsulate the crawlspace to prevent pests and moisture from entering and the dehumidifier will allow the homeowners to control the humidity inside the crawlspace.
