This homeowner in Milford, NH was concerned about a vertical crack in their foundation wall. Our inspection found there was no movement in the wall, however moisture was seeping through from time to time. Our FlexiSpan and epoxy crack seal was the ideal solution for this problem.
A homeowner in Mont Vernon, New Hampshire had built their home 10 years ago. Recently they have seen a couple of vertical cracks forming in their basement. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist Victor recommended installing Crack Injection into the cracks in the basement. Our team installed our 2-step Crack Injection to multiple cracks in their basement to prevent water from entering their basement anymore.
This before and after shows how the basement floor just inside this door is completed flooded. Our production team installed a sump pump system with a battery backup.
Homeowners in Pepperell, Massachusetts noticed a few months ago that water would infiltrate the basement. This was odd for them, because they already had a sump pump installed. As time went on, water would enter the foundation from all angles during heavy remains and snow melt off. This caused concern because the basement was used for storage space. With the problem worsening, they wanted a company that they could trust to get the job done right.
After reaching out to our team, a Design Specialist went out to the home to conduct a free home inspection. We recommended replacing the sump pump with our TripleSafe sump pump system, as well as perimeter drainage. This system captures water along the entire border of the foundation and filters it to the pump, where it is then expelled out of the home through an exterior discharge line. Our three-pump system ensures that water will always be properly pumped out of the home. One pump handles normal water levels at 1/3 horsepower. The second pump is activated when water levels rise, such as heavy rains or snow melting as mentioned earlier. Finally, a battery-powered back up pump operates during loss of power.
With this waterproofing system in place, these homeowners are guaranteed to have a dry basement. They now have peace of mind that the belongings in their storage space are safe.
