A homeowner in Shirley, Massachusetts had a sump pump that was unable to keep water out of the basement. Water was still coming in through the bulkhead and other areas when it rained. This has created mold concerns. Annoyed with the cleanup process and wanting to protect his investment, this homeowner reached out to our team to make sure his basement would always stay dry.
Our Design Specialist recommended installing WaterGuard perimeter drainage, our TripleSafe sump pump system, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This combination of products waterproofs the basement by having the ability to collect water along the entire perimeter of the foundation, filtering it to the TripleSafe system, and then safely disposing it away from the home. Additionally, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which is the most powerful on the market, keeps the space clean and comfortable by removing moisture.
Once installed, a fully waterproofed basement is created. The basement will now stay dry all the time!

A homeowner in Hudson, Massachusetts had water seeping through their basement slab. Their current sump pump system was not removing water from the home, leaving water under the finished floorboards. With concern that the leaking would get worse, she reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions in order to protect her investment.
After discussion with the homeowner, our Design Specialist, Mark Proctor, recommended installing two TripleSafe sump pump systems. One system was installed to replace the broken sump pump, and another was installed in a different location to ensure water is captured throughout the basement. This sump pump is guaranteed to pump water out of the home at all times due to our three-pump system. The first pump removes normal water levels throughout the home. A second pump is activated during events such as heavy rains or snow melting, making sure that the sump basin never overflows. A third battery-powered backup pump functions in emergency situations such as a power outage.
Once installed, these systems were cemented in place for a clean finish. The homeowner now has peace of mind that her finished basement will remain dry!
