The owner of a rental property in Manchester, New Hampshire had their tenants reach out to them explaining that they have seen water collecting in the basement of the building after heavy rains/ melting. The owner purchased this building 7 years ago and hadn't experienced any issues until now. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their building. Our Design Specialist met with the owner of the building and inspected the basement. After a full inspection of the basement, the Design Specialist recommended installing WaterGuard, TrenchDrain, TripleSafe, IceGuard, Exterior Drainage Line, and CleanSpace into the basement to prevent water from penetrating into the basement.
