This homeowner in Rumney, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for 30 years. For the past 10 years, they have seen water collecting at the bottom of the bulkhead stairs. The water is seeping through the bulkhead and down the stairs. The homeowners called EFS for us to look at the bulkhead and find a solution for them.
