A homeowner in Bedford, New Hampshire was in search of a new sump pump system after the last one she had installed failed her. Without the sump pump system working, water became backed up in the basin and created a flooded basement. This homeowner was in need of a waterproofing system that would generate a permanently dry basement.
Our Design Specialist, John Prince, recommended installing our TripleSafe sump pump system. This three-pump system ensures that water will always properly get pumped out of the home, including during hard rains and snow melting. The first pump handles all normal levels of water that are filtered to the sump basin. A second pump is activated when larger amounts of water surround the basement. A third battery-powered pump is activated in an emergency situation such as a power outage.
Once this sump pump system was fully installed, it was cemented in place. With this system in place, the homeowner no longer needs to worry about having a wet basement!
