A homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire, had recently purchased their home a couple of weeks ago. When they were going through the purchasing process the home was looked over by an inspector. During the home inspection, a crack in the foundation was found, which concerned the new homeowners. To protect their investment the homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist recommended installing a full perimeter drainage system. This system includes CleanSpace, WaterGuard, UltraSump, and an IceGuard.
Our production team installed 140ft of WaterGuard, 140Sqft of CleanSpace on the walls of the basement, an UltraSump, and an IceGuard attached to the exterior drainage line.

A homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire, has seen water entering their basement for the last two years. They called EFS for us to find a solution to prevent water from entering the basement. We recommended installing a TripleSafe Sump Pump in the basement to prevent water from collecting inside the basement.
Our team installed the TripleSafe in the lowest corner of the basement to collect any water that threatens to enter. The sump will keep the basement dry so the homeowner can create a TV Room/ Album Collection Room down there.
