Our Design Specialist recommended installing 4 Push Piers to stabilize the foundation.
A homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire, had tested their home for radon twice after living in their home for the past couple of years. The results of the test showed two different numbers. The second test shows a significantly higher number than the first which has sparked the homeowners to try and find someone to install a radon mitigation system. This homeowner in Nashua, NH was concerned with the condition of the concrete patio surrounding his pool. Several cracks had appeared over the years as voids formed beneath the concrete, and he wished to have the entire patio stabilized before it got worse.

Our specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system with two TripleSafe sump pumps, WaterGuard, IceGuard, an EDL, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier into the basement and garage. This system will collect water and guide it to the sump pump which pumps the water out through the EDL and away from the home.
