This water is captured around the perimeter of the basement before having the chance to enter and filtered to the sump pump. Once the water is expelled out of the home, our IceGuard system is attached to the plumbing in order to allow water to flow even if the pipes freeze. This further guarantees that the sump pump won't overflow and flood the basement.

With this waterproof system in place, the homeowner can now rely on his basement being a dry, welcoming space.
