This homeowner in Pepperell, Massachusetts had an issue with sagging floors in their house. They wanted new lally columns to help support the floor. They decided to give Erickson Foundation Supportworks a call and they set up an appointment. 

Brian Allen was the Design Specialist on this project. Brian came to their home and walked them through some options to reverse the effects of sagging floors. This homeowner in Pepperell, Massachusetts recently had their kids move out and are looking to downsize their home.
