Before stepping into this Plainville, MA, homeowner's residence, the sight of a large, unwelcoming crack and an alarmingly sunken slab on the front walkway greeted visitors - clearly not the first impression anyone wants to make. Fast forward to our intervention: thanks to PolyLevel and NexusPro, these issues were not only fixed but transformed. As you can see in the after photo, the walkway is now evenly surfaced and crack-free, ensuring safe passage and enhancing curb appeal dramatically.

EFS came to the home with our PolyLevel Truck and injected PolyLevel under the garage slab to lift and level the garage. After the garage was leveled EFS sealed all of the cracks in the garage to finish off the project.

The problem has gotten slightly worse over the years and they decided it was time to find a solution. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing 16 feet of WaterGuard, SuperSump, and IceGuard into the basement to prevent was from entering the basement 

This homeowner in Sudbury, MA had a crawlspace area with an old plastic barrier that needed updating. Our team designed and proposed a solution to replace the vapor barrier with Cleanspace, and also replace the old wooden supports which were holding up the floor above. 

The first stage of the project involved removing the wooden posts and replacing them with SmartJack crawlspace supports. Once these were in place, Cleanspace vapor barrier was installed across the entire floor of the crawlspace and up the walls.

When they purchased the home, the inspector noted in their inspection that the vapor barrier in the crawlspace should be replaced. The homeowner didn't have the money at that time but a couple of years later they decided to call EFS for a free inspection. We inspected the crawlspace and confirmed that the vapor barrier should be replaced, but our Design Specialist also noticed that the floor system was sagging and should be stabilized. Our Design Specialist recommended installing CleanSpace and SmartJacks into the crawlspace to re-encapsulate the space and add support to the floor system.
