They contacted EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist, Isaac Hernandez, met with the homeowner and suggested installing a SuperSump, WaterGuard, and an Exterior Drainage Line to collect and pump out any water that entered the basement from the bulkhead.
This homeowner in Temple, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for over 20 years. Since they purchased the home they have seen water entering the basement. After the examination of the basement, our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing a perimeter drainage system and dehumidifier to prevent water from collecting in the basement.
The potential buyers of a home in Bennington, New Hampshire, are to have the home inspected for potential issues. The inspector flags the barns as a potential issue. The potential buyers called Erickson Foundation Solutions about an inspection and a solution. The Design Specialist from EFS recommended installing SmartJacks to stabilize the barn. The potential buyers pursue the home and end up purchasing the property. After the home was purchased, they called EFS to schedule an installation for the SmartJacks.
This homeowner in West Warwick, RI was concerned with the cracks and sunken concrete around their inground pool. Our team team installed PolyLevel to lift the sunken concrete sections, which also stabilized and protected the slab from future settlement. NexusPro silicone caulking was then used to seal all the cracks and joints to ensure unwanted water wasn't flowing beneath the slab or eroding away soil beneath the concrete.
