After the examination of the basement, our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing a perimeter drainage system and dehumidifier to prevent water from collecting in the basement.

The potential buyers called Erickson Foundation Solutions about an inspection and a solution. The Design Specialist from EFS recommended installing SmartJacks to stabilize the barn. The potential buyers pursue the home and end up purchasing the property. After the home was purchased, they called EFS to schedule an installation for the SmartJacks. 

This homeowner in West Warwick, RI was concerned with the cracks and sunken concrete around their inground pool. Our team team installed PolyLevel to lift the sunken concrete sections, which also stabilized and protected the slab from future settlement. NexusPro silicone caulking was then used to seal all the cracks and joints to ensure unwanted water wasn't flowing beneath the slab or eroding away soil beneath the concrete.
