A homeowner in Lee, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for over 30 years. During the winter they find that the floors of their main floor get very cold. They called EFS so we could find a solution to add insulation to their crawlspace. Our Specialist met with the homeowner and inspected the crawlspace. We recommended installing CleanSpace, Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, SmartJacks, and a SaniDry Sedona into the basement. These products will insulate, stabilize, and control the moisture within the basement and help keep the floors warmer during the colder months. 

A homeowner in Ipswich, Massachusetts, has lived in the home for almost 10 years. Recently they found that water was entering the basement from the front foundation wall. They called EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing a full perimeter drainage system. The owner of a home in Newburyport, Massachusetts, just purchased their home and has already begun removing the back porch and addition so they could create a large back porch. To properly stabilize the porch the homeowner called EFS about us installing our Helical Piers. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing 16 Helical Deck Piers to stabilize the future porch. 

Our installation team installed all 16 piers to their proposed locations so we could stabilize the porch for many years to come. 

A homeowner in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, purchased their home 10+ years ago. They have put the home on the market and a prospective buyer had backed out due to some foundation concerns. On the back of the garage, the foundation has some cracking that has raised concerns for interested buyers. The seller decided they would like to have the problem repaired so the sale would go smoother.
