This homeowner in Manchester, NH had very basic sump pump in their basement, essentially a hole in their cellar floor with a bucket and a pump. The semi-finished basement area was full of moisture, and on really wet days, the pump was not able to keep up with the flow of water. Needing an upgrade, the homeowners reached out to our Erickson team for a better solution.
Our team installed a TripleSafe sump pump system, complete with WaterGuard perimeter drainage and a battery back-up for protection. They will be able to refinish their basement and not have to worry about water causing any damage in the future.
The owner of a business in Londonderry, New Hampshire, had their basement flood a couple of years ago. After the water was pumped out of the basement, the main floor of the business was left bouncy as if the floor would give out. The owners of the business decided to call EFS and our Design Specialist recommended installing 87 SmartJacks into the basement to stabilize the main floors.
This homeowner in Manchester, New Hampshire has lived in their home since the 1970s. For a long time, they have noticed water entering their basement. After almost 20 years of water entering the basement and the problem continuing to get worse they decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their basement. The Design Specialist met with the homeowner and talked with them about their water concerns. After their conversation, our specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system in the basement to collect any water that threatened to enter the basement and pump it out and away from the foundation. Most of the water coming into the basement had been entering the basement from the bulkhead stairs.
Our installation team installed the perimeter drainage system into the basement and was able to prevent water from collecting inside the basement.
A homeowner in Manchester, New Hampshire, had water destroy their finished basement about 10 years ago.
