Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner, examined the basement, and recommended installing a perimeter drainage system to work on their monolithic slab. 

Our team installed over 100 feet of perimeter drainage in the basement and connected it to our TripleSafe to pump the water to the home's exterior. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to control the humidity in the basement.

The WaterGuard drainage is installed around the border of the foundation to capture water before being able to enter the basement. The water is then directed to the sump pump system. The TripleSafe is guaranteed to properly pump water out of the home with our three-pump system. The first pump is activated to withstand average amounts of water at 1/3 horsepower. A second pump operates when higher levels of water enter the sump basin, pumping water out of the home at 1/2 horsepower. Finally, the battery backup pump operates in case of emergency such as a power outage.

Once this waterproofing system is installed, it is cemented in place. With the job complete, this homeowner has peace of mind that his basement will stay dry all the time, and no longer needs to worry about further foundation issues.
