A new homeowner in Pelham, New Hampshire, had recently purchased their home in May 2022. Since they purchased their home the homeowners were worried about the radon levels in the home. The radon levels were tested within the home and the results confirmed the homeowner's worry. The radon levels in the home were 9 pCi/L which is high. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free radon inspection, and our design specialist recommended installing a radon mitigation system into the home to reduce the levels of radon in their home. Our team installed a radon mitigation system in the home and the system reduced the levels of radon in the home.
This homeowner in West Roxbury, Massachusetts had been working from home since the pandemic started. The homeowner would like to make sure that the home air quality is not harmful. The homeowners tested their home for radon and the results came back around 8.7 pCi/L. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
