This homeowner in Pepperell, Massachusetts has been a customer of EFS for the past couple of years. EFS has helped them restore confidence in the foundation of their homes. EFS has installed a block foundation wall, Push Piers and PowerBraces into their home. The homeowner has once again reached out to EFS with an issue that they would like solved. The homeowner wanted EFS to come out and look at the walls of their basement to see if they could seal some holes in their fieldstone foundation wall.
Design Specialist Nate Erickson inspected the basement. He recommended installing a Polywall restoration onto the foundation walls. Polywall Restoration will seal the walls and add an off-white color to the entire wall.
Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team sprayed all of the walls in the basement to permanently seal them.
This homeowner in Groton, Massachusetts had purchased their home 2 years ago as a fixer-upper with foundation issues. When the homeowner purchased the home they believed they could do some of the repairs themselves. The homeowner doesn't think that is the case anymore. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
The design specialist recommended a masonry wall rebuild
The EFS team first supported the home using temporary posts. They then chipped away the old foundation wall down to the footing. Next, they poured a new footing. Once the footing was set they started building the masonry wall.
A homeowner in Groton, Massachusetts, lives in a home that was built over 100 years ago. Since they moved into the home 2 years ago they have been worried about the foundation walls of the home. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their foundation. Our Design Specialist recommended replacing a 10' section of the foundation wall and replacing it with our Masonry Wall.
A homeowner in Orange, New Hampshire lives in a home that was originally built in the 1700s. The homeowners were looking to start renovating the home but wanted to stabilize the foundation and the floor system before beginning the renovation process. Our Design Specialist inspected the home and recommended rebuilding the stone foundation wall with a new Masonry Block wall. Our team removed the old stone foundation wall and installed a new Masonry wall in its place.
This homeowner chose Erickson Foundation Supportworks to install a radon mitigation system. The installation process involved sealing some cracks within the foundation walls. Some of the cracks had been sealed previously, however were not done properly. This before and after highlights what we did to reseal a crack that was done incorrectly in the past by another company.
Crack monitors placed over the cracks also assist the homeowner determine if their walls shift or settle over time.
