Design Specialist Nate Erickson inspected the basement. After inspecting the basement, Nate recommended installing SmartJacks to help stabilize the interior of the basement.

They called EFS for a free inspection and our design specialist recommended installing new supports in the basement to stabilize the main floor.
Our production team installed 5 SmartJacks and two Supplemental Beams spaning 19ft into the crawlspace.

Design Specialist Nate Erickson inspected the basement. He recommended installing a Polywall restoration onto the foundation walls. Polywall Restoration will seal the walls and add an off-white color to the entire wall.
Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team sprayed all of the walls in the basement to permanently seal them.

When the homeowner purchased the home they believed they could do some of the repairs themselves. The homeowner doesn't think that is the case anymore. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
The design specialist recommended a masonry wall rebuild
The EFS team first supported the home using temporary posts. They then chipped away the old foundation wall down to the footing. Next, they poured a new footing. Once the footing was set they started building the masonry wall.
