A home in Bedford, New Hampshire, had a foundation wall that was bowing inward. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist recommended installing Geolocks onto the foundation wall. Our team installed 6 Geolocks on the foundation wall to straighten the foundation wall and stabilize it.
This homeowner in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts had a large horizontal crack in their foundation wall. They are concerned that the crack could be a part of a bigger issue. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

A homeowner in Dunbarton, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for the past 30+ years. Since they purchased the home they had noticed the garage was settling a bit. Now 30+ years later they have seen the settling get worse and lead to cracks forming. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist examined the garage and recommended building a new masonry wall to stabilize the garage.
This homeowner in Concord, Massachusetts had some concerns with the back wall of their garage as it was cracked and bowing out. They called Erickson to find a permanent fix to these issues. Design specialist John Prince proposed Geolock wall anchors to stabilize the wall. Crew lead Josh Provost and his team installed the Geolocks and the wall is no longer at risk of bowing or failing. There are also cover plates over the Geolocks to be a bit more appealing to the eye on the outside of the house in that location.
A homeowner in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts, reached out to EFS because they were worried about the wooden supports in their basement. Their home was built in the early 1900s and they are worried the supports were the original supports. Our Design Specialist inspected the basement and recommended installing 4 SmartJacks and a 24' Supplemental Beam into the basement to lift, level, and stabilize the floor system of the early 1900s home.
