Foundation Problems Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Pepperell, Massachusetts was experiencing some cracks in their foundation walls that have allowed water into the basement twice in the last 8 years. The homeowners' desired solution would be to have the cracks in the foundation stop leaking permanently. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Michael Bradley inspected the cracks in the basement. Michael recommended installing FlexiSpan and NexusPro Crack Repair. 

Crew Lead Dillon Kingsbury and his team arrived at the home and installed 9' of FlexiSpan and 7' of Nexus Crack Repair.

When the tank was being installed the homeowner noticed that the rock wall near the oil tank was crumbling and chunks appeared to be falling off the wall. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese inspected the basement and the rock wall foundation. Kenny confirmed that the wall is crumbling and recommended a solution. Kenny had noticed some of the support posts in the basement seemed weak. Kenny's recommended solution is to install an Auxiliary wall to the section of the wall that is crumbling and to replace some of the supports in the basement with SmartJacks.
