This homeowner in Georgetown, Massachusetts, has lived in their home for the past 10 years and had noticed the doors and windows of their 4 season porch were difficult to open and close. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of the porch to determine what had caused this issue. Our Design Specialist discovered that the difficulty of opening and closing the doors and windows stemmed from the supports under the porch being settled. We recommended installing 3 Helical Piers with porch brackets under the porch to stabilize it.
