A homeowner in Atkinson, New Hampshire, had seen cracks and slow settlement in their garage. EFS installed PolyLevel and NexusPro to the slab to lift, level, and seal the garage slab.
This homeowner in Laconia, New Hampshire was experiencing their walkway start to crack. Then, in the winter, the cracks would create frost heaves and make the cracks larger. The homeowner decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection.
Design Specialist Jason Vachon came to the home and inspected the concrete. He found the two cracks that were heaving and also he found that the front edge of the concrete was slowly sinking. Jason proposed that the EFS crew inject PolyLevel under the concrete to lift the front edge of the concrete and then the team would seal the cracks in the concrete with Nexus Pro.
Crew Lead Nick Melo and Installation Specialist Tyler Oslizlo came to the home and lifted the front of the concrete walkway and then sealed the two cracks with Nexus Pro.
