Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

The concrete walkway and step connecting to the front porch of this home in Hooksett, NH had sunken several inches. This gap became a trip hazard for the family, and they needed a permanent solution. This before and after series highlights the effectiveness of our PolyLevel concrete lifting method. The polymer foam was injected beneath the concrete slab that had sunken, and successfully lifted it back 2 inches to a safe location. Homeowners in Canterbury, New Hampshire have both been injured by water seeping from the cracks in their garage. Erickson Foundation Solutions installed PolyLevel and NexusPro to prevent standing water in the garage. 

This homeowner in Lexington, Massachusetts recently purchased her childhood home. She is planning on doing manageable renovations to increase the value of the home. She had completed a couple of renovations already but now has started working on the garage. Water from the driveway has been entering the garage and has caused some damage. She decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Brian Swindell inspected the foundation and garage of the home. Brian discovered that there is some void below the slab in the garage that he recommend filling before attempting to lift the slab. To help stop the water from entering the garage Brian recommended installing Trench Drain at the mouth of the garage with a downspout. 

Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team lifted the mouth of the garage to level and then filled the void under the slab. After the PolyLevel was injected, the team installed the Trench Drain at the mouth of the garage.  

A homeowner in Lexington, Massachusetts wants to convert their breezeway into a sunroom. Before they can transform their breezeway they wanted to make sure the concrete was level. The concrete on the breezeway has sunk. The homeowner called EFS about leveling the concrete. EFS leveled the concrete using PolyLevel and NexusPro.

This homeowner in Canton, MA was tired of having an unsightly tripping hazard on their stamped concrete patio. Over the years, the concrete had gradually been settling at one of the joints. The void beneath this section of the concrete needed to be filled in order to raise it back up. Tearing out and replacing a section of stamped concrete would be time consuming and costly, so our PolyLevel process was the ideal solution for this homeowner. The repairs took less than a day, and the homeowner was able to reuse their patio within minutes.  

After installation, the tripping hazard had vanished, and the joints were sealed to prevent further water from flowing beneath the slab.  The white resiude will be washed away and cleaned before our crew leaves for the day, leaving the homeowner with a fixed and clean patio.
