Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Northwood, New Hampshire, recently bought their home and found a couple of cracks in their basement that were allowing water into their basement. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist John recommended installing FlexiSpan to seal the cracks in the foundation. John also recommended using PowerBraces to add support to the wall. This will protect the wall from cracking due to hydrostatic pressure. 

This homeowner in Peabody, Massachusetts was concerned with the moisture in their basement. The homeowner called EFS to inspect the basement. 

The design specialist inspected and recommended products that will restore confidence in their home. 

The crew installed a sump pump, and a high-strength dehumidifier, and sealed cracks in the foundation wall.

The team stopped the water from seeping into the building by installing CleanSpace and WaterGuard on the 200' front wall of the building. The team also installed 3 TripleSafe sump pumps spread out on that front wall to pump out the water collected by CleanSpace and WaterGuard.

A homeowner in Moultonborough, New Hampshire went on vacation this past spring and came back home to a flooded basement. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection of the basement to find where the water was entering the basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and fully inspected the basement to propose a permanent solution to prevent water from collecting in the basement. We recommended installing a full-perimeter drainage system with a sump pump and dehumidifier.
