Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Winchester, Massachusetts, had just moved into their home in June. The pre-purchase inspection revealed some items the homeowners wanted to bring attention to. A friend referred them to EFS for a free inspection of their home to look at any waterproofing or radon concerns. Our Design Specialist inspected the home and recommended installing a TripleSafe, WaterGuard, IceGuard, and an Exterior Drainage Line into the basement to prevent water from seeping into the basement.

This homeowner in Woburn, MA was experiencing water entering their basement. They have a finished section of their basement and would like to protect it from water entering the basement. 

A Design Specialist inspected the basement. The specialist recommended installing a Water Guard system along the perimeter of the basement, a SuperSump, and an Ice Guard.

Crew Lead Anthony Rivas and his team installed WaterGuard, a SuperSump, and an Ice Guard into the basement to prevent water from coming into the basement.

This year some of the cracks started to leak and the homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their foundation wall. Our Design Specialist Liam FitzPatrick met with the homeowner and inspected the cracks. He recommended sealing the cracks in the foundation with FlexiSpan.
